Super friendly. Great space with a lot of tables. Excellent coffee+tea choices. The cortado is 10/10. I love that they offer glassware. Lots of fun twists on beverages. The chocolate orange mocha looks amazing. My husband enjoyed the maple latte. It was divine and flavorful with perfect foam. The FOOD was quite tasty. Avocado toast was excellent and didn't have that brown sheen. Yogurt bowl is perfectly put together. And my kiddo loved the pastries. Definitely returning soon to work

The coffee was excellent. The food was amazing. But this white guy 5.9 feet tall skinny with glasses and beard was mean to me for no reason like I just ask him is this my coffee and he roll his eyes and say no and grabs a cup shove it on my face and says this is your coffee I was like wth did I say something wrong but yeah everything else was good

I really liked this place. The ambiance is nice and open - lots of natural sunlight which I loved I ordered a basil sweet latte. I loved it, although it's a seasonal drink. I want to come back to try their sandwiches which all looked good The only downfall is their drinks were served in paper cups and I would've appreciate a "for here" cup

Fun little neighborhood coffeeshop in the Fair Oaks area. Plenty of seating space for you to enjoy your drink, read a book, or get some work done. Staff is friendly and nice. Ambiance is nice and cozy, comfortable. Coffee is decent and standard offerings are available. Food is tasty, but overall everything is very expensive. Pretty bougie. Plenty of adjacent parking in the attached lot. Not a ton of offerings in the Fair Oaks area so this is definitely an appreciated location for meetings, catching up with friends, or just to grab some fancy coffee on the way to work.

So this place is cool for sure. Lots of young professionals a few college kids. It's pretty busy but pretty quiet. Great place to set up your laptop and get some work done which is what a lot of folks were doing in there. I tried the chai tea and it was really good I also got the avocado on toast Which I highly recommend. They throw some sun-dried tomatoes on it. I'm a big sun-dried tomato guy so that sold me for sure. Anyway lots of seats friendly people on staff lots of parking too. Check it out

Came here on CIM and was glad they opened nice and early so I could get my coffee fix/energy boost before cheering everyone on. Parking was easy as there's a giant lot and there are even a few designated spots for mobile/online order pick ups. There is plenty of seating inside. While it's pretty big inside, there's a nice cozy feel to it. Lots of space to study/work, relax, or chat with friends. The two gentlemen inside were very kind and welcoming. I ordered a latte which came out delicious and very pretty. I wish I lived closer; I'd be there much more often. I'll definitely come back next time I'm in town.

Quality coffee , great pastries , great sandwiches. This place is more popular now, not a place to go in a hurry.

Parking lot? Yes, easily accessible Ambiance? Large, open indoor area that doesn't seem crowded. Nice patio area as well We got: Americano: 5/5, basic, but I think it's a great litmus test for a coffee shop. It was well balanced, and importantly, not burnt Pumpkin Chai Latte: 5/5, comforting fall addition to those who want to avoid a heavier caffeine load. Good flavor and not too sweet

Food was great! Capprese toast tasted great and coffee hit the spot. I got a lot of work done here, so definitely a good place to be productive, although I would make sure to bring head phones. Seats inside and outside. Cashiers were extra friendly. Lots of people were here to either get work done or sit and enjoy coffee with a friend.

Have driven past this coffee place a few times and it has always been SO busy! Decided to drop in super early on a Monday morning and I was still a little surprised to see how busy they still were. As I was staring at the menu one of the barista had asked if I was ready to order and I replied it was my first time in and the other barista immediately welcomed me in, talked a little bit about the coffee and gave a few recommendations which I really appreciated. I decided to try a butterscotch latte with oatmilk. The inside is very charming and quite large. They have tables, couches and some outdoor seating. My drink came out quick and although I can taste the butterscotch, it doesn't take away from their coffee itself which is really impressive. Friendly staff, great vibes, awesome coffee.
